Know when your city puts rentals on the agenda.

Upcoming rental items only — Cottonwood Heights and Salt Lake City.

Agenda Watch reads public city meeting agendas and packets and emails you when an upcoming item matches your keywords or your street address. If nothing matches, you hear nothing.

What it watches

Cottonwood Heights and Salt Lake City public meeting agendas and packets
Pulled from Utah Public Notice
Default keywords: short-term rental, STR, rental license, business license, zoning, conditional use, transient tax, occupancy. Zoning and conditional use match only when a rental term is in the same item — they are not alerts by themselves.
Optional: a street on each city you watch. A street match is a hit even if the keywords are weak, and only in that city's agendas.
Upcoming meetings only. Each alert gives the city, meeting date and time, the agenda item text, a short excerpt, and a link to the source PDF or notice.

What it does not do

No legal advice, and no rewritten legal conclusions. You get the city's own words and a link.
Doesn't file public comments for you.
Doesn't pull or apply for permits or licenses.
Doesn't watch private HOA boards.
No other cities yet.

Example from a past agenda Not an alert. This meeting already happened.
